This is a selection of our large wall-hanging picture-fans.
Like their 'children', the smaller hand-fans, they have also been uniquely
painted in a variety of colours and themes, by artists in the North of Thailand.
The fans are constructed from fabric, either rayon or satin-silk, and then glued
onto a flexible folding bamboo frame.
When un-folded and fully opened each item in this fan series measures
approximately 5ft. wide(diameter) and 3ft. high. ( 152cm X 91cm ).
Although an imposing item of home decor, they can easily be fixed to a wall
or flat surface by pinning through the top end of the centre bamboo span.
Holes have been provided at either end of the base-diameter, for additional
fixing to ensure the fan is flush with the supporting surface if required.
These fans make uniquely decorative wall hangings for any home or office.
